Remove stale event promises
Review dates, fixtures and claims about upcoming matches. If the template is now a keepsake, say so. If it is reusable for another competition, remove event-specific data instead of changing only the title.
Check two separate sets of rights
Canva’s content licence governs the assets used in the design. Competition marks, team logos, player images and other sports branding can involve separate rights. A Canva subscription does not automatically grant permission for all sports branding.
Deliver the editable template safely

- The purchase, email and mobile access route have been tested.
- Compatibility, licence terms and support contact are easy to find.
