List your stored GB, transferred GB, monthly orders and required integrations. A low entry price is useful only if the plan supports those numbers.
Separate ordinary file delivery from PDF stamping, licence inventory, custom orders, scheduled releases and a true learning platform.
Check the migration path for previous buyers, old links, custom email templates and licence keys before cancelling your current subscription.

Pendora advertises unlimited downloads. Its public listing and the publisher sources we reviewed do not specify a numeric per-file upload limit, total storage or monthly bandwidth allowance.
That is a gap to resolve before migration. It does not prove that capacity is small or unlimited. Ask the team to confirm all three numbers for your actual catalogue.

Pumper currently lists a free tier with a revenue threshold and paid monthly tiers at $9.99, $29.99 and $49.99. In an otherwise positive Shopify review dated 24 October 2024, merchant STIM - Energy On Demand wrote: It became paid recently
. That is a dated merchant account, not an official announcement or a prediction about Pendora.
Pumper’s privacy policy names Proveway Pvt Ltd and “Henq eCommerce LLC”. Pendora’s Shopify listing names “Henqq ecommerce LLC” and links to a Proveway privacy policy. Those public disclosures show a connection; the differing names do not establish identical legal ownership.

These are unchanged publisher-provided marketing images, not independent in-app tests. They show the advertised interfaces; they do not establish copying or who originated a design. Compare the working delivery journey, capacity and support—not visual familiarity alone.
Write down the exact problem with your current setup. If it is a support issue, get an answer before migrating; a move introduces work and can change customers’ links. If it is price, model at least your normal month and your largest promotion.
Use a representative large file, one bundle, a licence-key product and a mobile test purchase where those apply. Test branded email delivery and ask what happens to historical orders. Check the public documentation for your required integration.
Back up your original files and exports. Verify order-to-file mappings. Stop duplicate delivery emails only after the new journey works, then monitor customer requests. Do not promise that old download URLs will survive a migration unless that has been verified.
